Do I have to register to view the website?

 

You must register as a member to purchase an Experience or use the other features of this website.  You don’t have to register to view the website and its offerings.

 

 

How do I purchase an Experience?

 

After finding the Experience you wish to purchase, click on the Buy Now button and proceed to check out.  Make sure you read the section entitled Other Details before you purchase the experience.

 

 

How do I schedule a buy now book later Experience?

 

Once you purchase a buy now book later experience, we will ask you to provide a few possible dates that you would like us to schedule for you. We will contact the host on your behalf and make every attempt to book one of those dates. If that doesn't work, we will continue to work with you to find a suitable date. If, within thirty days, no mutually acceptable date can be agreed upon, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid for your Experience.

 

What does * signify in the description of an Experience?

 

An * signifies that the Experience has terms and conditions that differ from the standard terms and conditions that apply to experiences generally, which can be found by clicking Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.  The differing terms and conditions are set forth in “Other Details” at the listing for the Experience.  The differences may pertain to cancellation, rescheduling, refund and credit policies, or age, size or ability requirements, or other terms and conditions.  Please read the Experience description and details carefully before purchasing an Experience.

 

 

Does 1000passions keep my credit card information on file?

 

No.  1000 passions does not collect any credit card information.  When you want to purchase an Experience and click the Buy Now button, you will be transferred to the secure Paypal website, a large respected unaffiliated payment processing company. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

 

 

Can I get a refund after I purchase an Experience?

 

Purchased Experiences are non-refundable.  Under certain circumstances, you may receive a credit. See Terms and Conditions: Rescheduling, Cancellation and Credits.

 

There are very few situations in which 1000passions will issue a refund.  See, Terms and Conditions: Refund Policy.

 

 

Can I reschedule an Experience after I’ve purchased it?

 

If you need to reschedule an Experience more than two weeks before the scheduled date, 1000passions will assist you in rescheduling with the host.  If it cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a credit towards any Experience for use within one year of the original date of purchase.

If you need to reschedule an Experience fourteen days or fewer before the scheduled date, you are encouraged to reschedule the Experience with the host.  If you are unable to reschedule, you will not receive a refund or a credit.

 

 

What is a weather dependent or other condition dependent Experience?

 

Certain Experiences are subject to good weather or other conditions in order for the host to safely provide the Experience.  These conditions are set forth in “Other Details” at the listing for the Experience.

 

 

Will our Experience be private?

 

Yes. Only you and your guests will participate in the Experience at the time you schedule for your Experience.

 

 

Will I have to pay any sales tax on the Experience?

 

You may.  Sales tax varies from state to state.  If the Experience is subject to sales tax in the state in which the Host provides the Experience, the Host will collect all applicable taxes from you at the time of the Experience.
